Served well for a winter in a Vermont ski house. Very secure design, and the slide-out key tray makes it much easier to work with gloves on than most other lock boxes, including the normal GE one. Simple to install and configure.

I bought this for my condo and it's been very useful. Rather then handing over a key to someone or leavig it under the mat, people call me who need access to my home and I can give them the code. The people who come and go all the time (pest control, handy man)already have it and new people have to call me. Considering the last time maintanence went into my home, the gave no notice and left my dishwasher sitting in the middle of the kitchen, I like to know who's in my house!

It was a little fiddly to figure out at first but once I got it mounted, it's worked perfectly ever since. The only drawback I have is the screw that holds the key in place loosens after a while and has to be tightened. The LED display is clear and easily read. The buttons are easily pushed but feel sturdy. The unit as a whole is very solid and heavy. I'd recommend it for anyone prone to losing keys, for latch key kids and the security minded in general.
